What Your Role Entails
- Coordinate Candidate Interviews : Schedule and manage interviews, acting as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
- Manage Offer Letters : Draft and prepare necessary documents for offer letter packages for new hires. Assist with other administrative tasks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support Onboarding : Help ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing guidance and support as they transition into the company.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work with hiring teams to align scheduling and communication.
- Project Support : Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments, contributing to the team’s overall recruiting efforts.
- Communication : Respond promptly to inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Continuous Learning : Participate in Talent Acquisition team training and self-directed learning to improve skills and processes.

Core Competencies :Attention to Detail & Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and accuracy.Customer-Centric Mindset : Provide a high-touch, white-glove experience for all candidates, ensuring positive interaction throughout the process.Team Collaboration : While the role is independent, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments is key to success.Requirements
Experience : 1-2 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.Education : A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with MS Office is needed. Previous experience using scheduling tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage projects, candidates, and high priority requests effectively.Adaptability : Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.Communication : Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.You Will Benefit From
