Overview

What You’ll Be Doing : Provide accurate financial analyses and reporting to leaders and financial forecasting. You’ll work on report packages by assessing needs, improving outputs, and highlighting areas for opportunity. Bring your analytic background to support the reporting process and share your statistical analysis with senior leadership. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Finance and help build a scalable, sustainable model to support the business and assimilate new divisions into standard processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight, guidance, and strategic insight for specific areas of our Digital practice
  • Prepare the Annual Operating Budget and Quarterly forecasts for supported departments
  • Prepare consolidated reporting packages with review of main metrics, business plans, and trend analysis identifying variances to budget and historical comparisons for Senior Management
  • Support recurring and ad-hoc global / regional reporting
  • Assess opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
  • Improve outputs of existing reporting packages and identify potential efficiencies
  • Facilitate collaborative solutions and process improvement

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
  • 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, corporate budgets, and in-depth forecasting
  • Knowledge of Hyperion, Microsoft Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a BPO environment
  • Experience reporting statistical analysis, adept with large datasets and comfortable with statistics and modeling
  • Comfortable presenting information to senior leadership and creating visual data representations (tables, graphs)
  • Experience building relationships and ability to work with all levels

    • Compensation

    The anticipated range is COP 59,003,000 - COP 121,753,000 annually. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill levels.
