Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for driving lead generation and growth

through paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, and

others. This role also requires expertise in cold SMS and cold email campaigns to maximize

lead conversion. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, skilled at managing large

datasets, and focused on targeting the right customers. Real estate experience is highly

preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Growth & Campaign Optimization : Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, and other channels to drive lead generation and growth.

Cold SMS & Cold Email Campaigns : Design, implement, and optimize cold SMS and email outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Lead Funnel Creation & Optimization : Develop and optimize lead funnels and lead magnets to improve lead conversion.

Data-Driven Campaign Management : Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and use insights to adjust strategies for better results.

Targeting the Right Customer

  • : Understand the ideal customer profile and ensure all campaigns are directed toward the most relevant leads.

A / B Testing

  • : Run tests to improve ad performance, SMS and email outreach, and funnel conversions.
  • Campaign Reporting : Report on key campaign metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), response rates, and lead generation across all channels.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Cold SMS Response Rate : Achieve a 5% response rate on cold SMS campaigns.

    Cold Email Response Rate : Achieve a 5% response rate on cold email campaigns.

    Lead Generation : Generate at least 5 leads per month from cold SMS and cold email campaigns combined.

    Paid Media Funnels & Lead Magnets : Develop and maintain high-converting paid media funnels and lead magnets.

    Lead Growth

  • : Achieve 300 leads per month per channel (Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, etc.).
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) : Maintain or reduce the $65 average CPA across all platforms.

    Requirements

    Experience : 2+ years managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, and other platforms.

    Cold Outreach Expertise : Proficiency in cold SMS and cold email campaigns, with experience achieving response rates of at least 5%.

    Real Estate Experience : Preferred experience in real estate marketing or familiarity with real estate lead generation.

    Data Management : Comfortable managing large amounts of data, analyzing trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

    Targeting & Segmentation : Ability to target and segment customers effectively across paid media and outreach campaigns.

    Optimization Skills : Expertise in A / B testing, optimizing ads, and improving funnel conversions to drive better results.

    Analytical Skills : Strong experience in analyzing campaign data and adjusting strategies to maximize performance.

    Communication & Collaboration : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work closely with other teams.
