The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.Job Location : Silema, Malta Work Type : Hybrid Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Working Hours : GMT +1 Salary : Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €) Relocation : VISA & Relocation Package IncludedRequirements - Ideally Educated to degree level- Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and or Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate- At least 6 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 5 end to end implementation projects- Exposure to presales activities would be an added value- Conducting functional interviews- Mentoring juniors- Some technical knowledge would be considered as an asset.- RSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset.- Prepared to travel on frequent basis- Experience / Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen- Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset- Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments- Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred : - French- Spanish- German- Italian- Experience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations- Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality & systems for their chosen specialism- Beneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure Dev Ops- Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and Power Point; Visio is a plus)- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus- Experience in consulting and very good presentation skillsResponsibilitiesThe D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant will : - Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas : - Finance- Project Operations- Warehouse- Field Service- Delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support & reporting- Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables- Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing- Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation.- Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations- Ability to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap / fit analysis- Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control- Leading the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation- Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues- Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project- Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial- Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered- Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors- Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training- Represent our clients MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times- Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO- Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities- The Employee is required to follow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times.Microsoft Business Solutions OverviewAt our client, your long-term future is every bit as important to them as it is to you.
