Data processing and reporting National Consultant

Location : Yerevan, Armenia – home-based

Contract type : Consultant, 3 months

UNICEF Armenia is seeking a highly skilled data analyst to support the vulnerability assessment reform in collaboration with the World Bank and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The role involves processing, analyzing, and reporting on weighted survey results to inform the reform pilot and long‑term monitoring framework.

Scope of Work

  • Process and analyze weighted results from the vulnerability assessment survey with a focus on imputation sizes, stop factors, and related thresholds.
  • Prepare a concise report highlighting main findings and trends.
  • Engage in technical discussions with MoLSA, UNICEF, and the World Bank as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education : Master’s degree in economics, econometrics, statistics, public finance management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in economic, econometric, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience with database design, data management, and data processing and analysis.
  • Relevant experience in developing analytical reports based on data to inform policies and programmes.
  • Proven ability to engage with a broad spectrum of professionals, including government, local communities, NGOs, and international partners.
  • Experience working with UNICEF or other UN agencies is an asset.
  • Demonstrated awareness of gender equality, child rights, and equity principles, as well as ethics and integrity.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Armenian and English.
