Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Finance Business Partner to join our team, supporting Marsh operations, the Global Capability Center (GCC), and projects across the region. This strategic role acts as a key financial advisor and business partner, working closely with regional and global leaders to ensure financial discipline, insightful analysis, and effective decision‑making aligned with our operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary financial contact and trusted advisor for regional Operations, Projects and Other Businesses.
 - Collaborate with functional leaders, finance stakeholders, and project teams to support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
 - Lead the control and monitoring of financial performance, focusing on forecast accuracy and budget management.
 - Support the Forecast and Budget processes, ensuring timely and accurate planning and reporting.
 - Lead the analysis of business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with financial targets.
 - Act decisively with sound financial judgment, providing insights and recommendations to keep projects and operations on track.
 - Facilitate clear communication between regional and global teams, ensuring alignment on financial goals and performance.
 - Provide ad‑hoc analysis and insights to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
 
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Over 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.Ability to act decisively, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Preferred Skills :
Proficiency with Hyperion, PowerBI, and other financial reporting tools.Experience supporting large‑scale projects or transformation initiatives.Knowledge of the insurance or professional services industry is a plus.Why Join Us?

Legal Senior Specialist
About the role : This position will support all legal, corporate and regulatory issues related to Nu Colombia’s business. The Senior Lawyer will assist in maintaining legal oversight for Nu Colombia’s legal entity and will help enable business growth while serving as a gatekeeper to prevent legal, regulatory and reputational harm.
Responsibilities :
Support the primary Legal Advisor with all Colombia‑related matters.Analyse risk comprehensively, taking into account regulatory, legal, consumer and reputational impacts.Ensure compliance with all Colombian laws, regulations and internal requirements.Handle regulatory filings (registrations, authorizations, new products, etc.).Provide legal advice to underwriting, client markets and claims.Requirements :
7‑10+ years of experience with Colombian regulation and law.Fluent or native Spanish and English.Proven experience in the financial services industry and in legal core activities.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with leaders, peers and regulators.Strong ability to manage ambiguous situations and deliver under pressure.Benefits :

About the role : Controllership team provides financial controls, statutory statements, and regulatory reporting for the Nu Colombia entity.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare statutory financial statements and execute general ledger controls.SAP implementation of accounting modules and cost center creation.Monthly trial balance review and general reconciliation controls.Support regulatory reporting, including XBRL and SFC reports.Provide audit support and internal controls (SOX, entity‑level controls).Requirements :
