About the Company

An early-stage, Techstars-backed SaaS company is building a finance-first AI platform that verticalizes generative AI for investment banking and high-finance workflows. The product helps firms ingest private deal data and draft CIPs, management presentations, diligence memos, and other deliverables 10× faster—enabling them to close deals sooner and serve more clients. The platform already has paying customers in production.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural vision for a scalable SaaS platform, with hands-on contribution to codebase (~50% of the time).
• Architect and build scalable SaaS solutions from the ground up, with experience across multi-cloud environments (Azure and Google Cloud preferred).
• Lead engineering teams, shaping product strategy, technical roadmaps, and sprint planning; translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Establish engineering best practices that enable rapid iteration while maintaining quality, security, and compliance in a fintech context.
• Collaborate with the CEO to shape product vision and make rapid strategic decisions.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent, manage performance, and cultivate a strong team culture; participate in resource planning and budgeting.
