What You’ll Do
- Process Oversight : Review, manage, and monitor the status of incoming procurement requests for designated categories, ensuring all documentation is complete and aligned with Veho's policies and standards.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Act as a central point of contact, working closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and Accounting teams to ensure timely review, approval, and execution of all vendor agreements.
- Contract Management : Maintain the company's contract repository by uploading all executed agreements, tagging essential metadata, and establishing automated renewal reminders to prevent service disruptions and missed opportunities.
- Strategic Sourcing : Lead and execute comprehensive sourcing events (RFx) for your assigned categories, driving market engagement and competitive bidding.
- Negotiation & Renewal : Manage vendor contract renewals and lead negotiations for new contracts, focusing on securing the most favorable business terms, pricing, and compliance for Veho.
- Cost Efficiency : Evaluate current spend within designated categories to proactively identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives, and closely monitor the pipeline of savings projects, providing regular progress updates to Finance.
A Great Candidate
BS in business, finance, supply chain management or other related field required, MBA is a plus.5‑6+ years experience in Procurement, preferably in high growth & dynamic environment.Experience sourcing direct goods / supplies and / or real estate agreements preferred.Demonstrated deployment of Procurement best practices and methodologies.Strong familiarity with modern procurement platforms, ZIP preferred.Independent working style, ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross functionally.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
