About the role
We’re looking to hire a full-time remote Solutions Architect II for Webflow-based projects . You’ll be empowered to define your own work and set the technical vision for assigned projects. You’ll generate new frameworks, concepts, and methodologies within the solution architecture field, craft your own roadmap, and create challenging yet achievable projects to foster learning and growth. This role requires working in EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities
Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and challenges at a strategic level.Complex Requirements Analysis : Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into innovative and future-proof technical solutions.Concept Generation : Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within the solution architecture discipline.Solution Design and Architecture : Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices.Technology Integration : Select and integrate cutting-edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) to build robust and efficient solutions, including Webflow, React, Node.js, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.Technical Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing solution effectiveness.Presentation Leadership : Lead presentations and discussions, effectively defending proposed solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.Implementation Collaboration : Work with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designed solutions.Optimization Identification : Identify opportunities for optimization within existing systems and propose innovative improvements.Emerging Technologies Monitoring : Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and evaluate / integrate them into your strategy.Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior Solution Architects and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.Team Leadership Experience : Demonstrated experience leading and guiding teams to achieve project and organizational goals.Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical roles (e.g., software development, DevOps, systems engineering).Hands-on Experience with Webflow, ReactJS and Node.js.3-5 years in solution design and implementation with domain expertise (e.g., cloud computing, security).Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex technical projects.Mastery of a broad range of technical skills relevant to the role, including cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security.Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches within the solution architecture field.Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic, long-term thinking.Experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for web projects.Certification in solution architecture (e.g., AWS / Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect) is a plus.Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.Understanding of microservices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Ability to create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.Experience with automation and orchestration tools.Familiarity with compliance / regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Strong leadership to influence technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.The ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.Background in delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.A personal computer with stable internet connection.What’s in it for you?
