Overview

Expert in Building Data, CRM and ERP Teams across North and South America (LATAM). A global SaaS company is looking to hire a DevOps Lead / DevOps Engineering Manager to help build and scale a brand-new DevOps function in their Medellín office as part of a LATAM expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI / CD pipelines using Gearset and GitHub.
  • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing DevOps team, hiring and coaching junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to work on site 5 days per week in the Medellín, Colombia office.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Must be based in Colombia currently living in or willing to relocate to Medellín, COL.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Lead or Engineering Manager role.
  • Experience managing CI / CD, cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, and site reliability at scale.

    • Location

    Medellín, Colombia (onsite 5 days per week).
