Freelance Salesforce CRM Engineer Data Integration

Summary

We are seeking a CRM Engineer specialized in Salesforce , on a freelance / temporary basis, to design and implement a data integration pipeline that connects interaction data from our Unreal Engine 5 virtual tours with Salesforce.

The main goal of this project is to capture and transfer advanced analytics dataincluding heatmaps, dwell time, and gaze tracking from our web platform, through our API, into Salesforce APIs in a reliable and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current data outputs from Unreal Engine 5 tours (heatmaps, dwell time, gaze paths, and interactions).
• Design and implement a data integration pipeline to capture, format, and send analytics data into Salesforce via available APIs (REST / SOAP, Bulk, or Streaming APIs).
• Collaborate with our internal development team to ensure compatibility with existing API endpoints.
• Map the captured information into Salesforce objects (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, or custom objects).
• Implement data validation, error handling, and logging to ensure reliability.
• Deliver technical documentation and provide a brief training session to our internal team for integration maintenance.

Recommend best practices for security and scalability of the solution.
