Senior Business Analyst

Job Description :

EXL is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze needs, and provide effective solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to generate ad hoc reports, and support for operations workflows related to client and product management activities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business needs of the client and translate them into product requirements
• Explain client requirements to delivery team and track progress of deliverables
• Understand the risk adjustment product, database and underlying reports
• Analyze data, generate trends and create ad hoc reports based on client requirements
• QA all deliverables before sending to the client
• Present results to the client effectively and address any questions and resolve issues
• Set up regular meetings with the client to understand any issues, updates or new requests. Create meeting agenda, take meeting notes and schedule follow ups
• Provide training to the client users
• Maintain involvement in the reporting, tracking and processing of change and enhancement requests
• Assist with coordination and prioritization of technology and service delivery dimensions of the analytics and operations team
• Assist with quality assurance of product and service offerings
• Manage administrative tasks such as user requests, compliance review and ad hoc user queries
• Follow up with clients on any outstanding requests
• Create relevant documentation and streamline current processes
• Participate in new initiatives and projects for pursuing growth deals
• Manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain project trackers
• Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs
