Role : Workflows.io is seeking a Head of GTM to join our AI-first growth agency and help B2B tech companies refine their go-to-market (GTM) strategies by combining AI with expert insights. Workflows is an AI-first growth agency specializing in helping B2B tech companies scale revenue through AI RevOps, Automated Outbound Systems, and Content Engines. We go beyond software; we become our clients' growth partners by leveraging technology, strategy, and hands-on execution. Advanced AI Workflows : We're building an internal library of proven GTM plays that we continuously refine and deploy across clients. We helped scale our previous agency to $5M ARR in 15 months, oversaw outbound strategies for 200+ companies, tested 250+ AI sales tools, engaged with 1000+ sales & GTM leaders, and generated over 10M organic impressions on LinkedIn. What is a Head of GTM

As Head of GTM at Workflows, you'll lead a team of GTM Engineers working with the latest GTM tech stack including Clay, Instantly.ai, HubSpot, HeyReach.

Mission for a Head of GTM

  • Lead and scale the GTM engineering team to deliver exceptional outbound and RevOps services, enable team success through training and rapid support, and ensure consistent client success across all accounts.
  • Own strategy guidance for client accounts and join calls bi-weekly.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews of GTM Engineers with actionable feedback (training & feedback).

  • 2) List Building / Data Orchestration — Track 1st party, 2nd party, 3rd party signals based on a company's stage.

  • 4) Copywriting
  • Project Management : Collaborate in Notion & Slack for project management and documentation.
  • Analyze results and iterate based on clients' feedback and performance.
  • Qualifications

  • Sales / RevOps / Growth management experience in SaaS or agency environment
  • Ex-agency owner / Freelancer with Outbound & RevOps Expertise
  • Genuine curiosity about AI & testing new tools
  • Passion about B2B SaaS companies
  • Fluent written and spoken English
