Drayage Operations Support - Remote Colombia.

As a Drayage Operations Support s ome of your responsibilities are but are not limited to :

• Spot Quotes : Manage the rates inbox and provide spot market pricing using Draymaster. Escalate multi-shipment opportunities or RFQs to the sales team for follow-up.
• Mileage Updates : Review and maintain accurate mileage bands in the system by city and rail ramp.
• CRM Management : Update and validate customer contacts, monitor dormant accounts, and ensure clean data in Monday CRM.
• Customer Onboarding : Assist with new customer setup by sending onboarding packets, submitting required documents (COI, credit applications, etc.), and coordinating with the sales team for approval.
• Administrative Support : Maintain internal sales lists, track active / inactive accounts, and support other data entry / reporting needs.
• Tools & Systems : Develop a working knowledge of Profit Tools, Draymaster, and other sales / ops platforms.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

What would help you succeed :

Minimum requirements :

Studies : A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation and drayage preferred.

Language : Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks :

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm. Following the US Calendar.

Contract : Indefinite-term contract

Location : Remote Colombia.

Salary : $3,800.000
