What You’ll Do :

Be the Go-To HR Partner :

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Manage employee relations, mediate disputes, and conduct exit interviews to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Own the Employee Lifecycle :

Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires in LATAM, from pre-boarding and orientation to assigning buddies and tracking probation progress.

Develop and implement engagement activities and regular check-ins to boost morale and retention.

Ensure Flawless Operations :

Accurately process payroll, manage benefits administration, and address any discrepancies with discretion.

Guarantee compliance with all local labor laws in the LATAM region, with a strong focus on Colombia, regularly updating policies and handling legal matters.

Drive Continuous Improvement :

Develop training programs for new joiners and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR functions.

Use HR analytics to generate insights for leadership, audit HR cases, and identify opportunities to automate and enhance our processes.

Requirements

What You Need

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with specific knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the LATAM region, particularly in   Colombia .

Hands-on experience with HR Management Systems (HRMS), payroll platforms, and benefits administration.

Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools.

Expertise in process documentation, SOP creation, and conducting audits.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability for conflict resolution and empathy.

High level of discretion and adaptability to handle confidential information and changing business needs.

Project management capabilities to lead process improvement initiatives.
