Experience :

Experience optimizing sales and distribution processes with SAP SD.
Facilitate SAP ECC rollout with process mapping, testing, training, and cutover.

Our client is a recognized company in medical technology, specializing in medical devices, diagnostics, and lab equipment to enhance healthcare and patient safety.

Description :

Facilitate the SAP ECC rollout for Colombia and Peru, including process and data mapping, testing, training, and cutover activities.

Ensure process design and system usage align with business and functional strategies.

Work with business processes to identify integration needs across IT systems, preventing duplication and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Ensure harmonization and standardization of the IT landscape in alignment with IT strategy.

Represent HUB priorities and requirements while providing business insights within the IT organization, ensuring local needs are recognized.

Oversee IT project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Proactively communicate project progress, obstacles, and solutions.

Ensure IT solutions comply with relevant legislation, directives (e.g., GxP, IT Security, IT Governance, Data Privacy), and corporate policies.

Identify issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.

Knowledge of commercial flow, sales and delivery order management, stock.

Profile Sought (h / m) :

The successful Sales and Distribution SAP Consultant should have :

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field and post-Graduation (desirable).

Min of 5 years of overall experience in business and IT functions.

Proven experience in business process integration or a similar role within IT or business operations.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Relational databases (SQL).

Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, Six Sigma (desirable).

In-depth knowledge of Business Process Management and previous experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations (minimum two implementations) in SAP SD / FI-CO / MM modules, preferably international rollouts.

Experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, APIs, ETL tools).

Experience in Colombian or Peruvian companies that issue domestic invoices in USD is a highly appreciated background.
