This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday
  • Client Timezone :   Central Time (CT)

Job Description

This is an exciting full-cycle business development role where you’ll be the primary driver of growth for a company that’s genuinely changing how businesses operate. You’ll work with warm leads to guide business owners through complete digital transformations, selling cutting-edge AI solutions, automation platforms, and advanced web technologies that deliver measurable results. Unlike traditional sales roles, you’ll see the direct impact of your work as clients experience dramatic growth through the solutions you provide. This position offers the perfect blend of relationship building, technical consultation, and strategic sales, with opportunities to work on higher-ticket client financing and expansion projects as you build trust with successful clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure and ongoing account management
  • Qualify and assess business needs for leads provided by the internal lead generation team
  • Present and sell comprehensive digital transformation solutions including AI voice services, chatbots, and automation platforms
  • Educate prospects on the ROI and business impact of automation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the technical delivery team to ensure proper solution scoping and seamless implementation
  • Drive customer retention by identifying expansion opportunities and additional service needs with existing clients
  • Build and maintain referral networks to generate new business opportunities from satisfied customers
  • Communicate complex technical concepts around CRM systems, Go High Level, and automation workflows to business owners in an accessible way
  • Requirements

  • Bilingual communication skills (English / Spanish) are strongly preferred for serving diverse client base
  • Proven full-cycle sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals independently
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in Go High Level, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills for professional client interactions and presentations
  • Deep understanding of small business challenges and digital transformation opportunities
  • Self-motivated professional who can work independently without requiring appointment setters or closing support
  • Experience selling to small and medium businesses, particularly those with under $300K in assets under management
