Overview

Kenvue is recruiting for a Senior Sourcing Specialist based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role is part of the Global Sourcing Operations organization in the procurement pillar and supports end-to-end sourcing activities, including contracting, for relevant procurement categories.

What You Will Do

The Senior Sourcing Specialist has end-to-end responsibility for all sourcing activities (including contracting) associated with tactical and delegated spend in relevant Procurement Categories. You will procure supplies and services in line with Kenvue policies and procedures, achieving the best negotiated terms for price, quality and delivery.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end Category support, delivering cost savings, ensuring buying and payment channel compliance, contract excellence, and supplier optimization. Activities include business engagement, sourcing strategy development, analysis (industries, suppliers, spend by category, stakeholders, etc.), contracting, supplier / stakeholder management, and procurement enablement. Categories may include Marketing, HR & Business Services, R&D, IT Services and Capital, Construction, and Facilities Services (CCFS).

You will drive contract excellence from creation to renewal, including template selection, negotiations, amendments, renewals, expirations or terminations, and supplier signature. You will manage contract lifecycle using Kenvue’s CLM system and escalate to Legal & Compliance or Privacy as needed. You will develop strong working relationships with internal / external customers and suppliers, managing the types of contracts listed (e.g., Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, marketing / agency agreements, consulting agreements, market research agreements, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements) and potentially support supplier agreements for goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend, Supplier and Stakeholder Management : manage supplier communications, sourcing event invitations, issue resolution, pricing and contract terms negotiations; support change management and compliance education; lead the assigned category locally in alignment with the global strategy; conduct data-driven spend analysis; identify opportunities to create better agreements; manage supplier data and registrations; act as business partner to ensure goods / services delivery and handle complaints / warranties.
• Buying and Sourcing : manage purchase order process, end-to-end sourcing process within relevant categories, drive supplier negotiations and performance, contribute to savings in indirect categories, execute sourcing events (including e-sourcing), analyze supplier inquiries and payment discrepancies; align cashflow improvements with financial guidelines.
• Contract Negotiation, Development and Management : determine contract requirements, draft contracts using approved templates, negotiate terms, manage execution and lifecycle in CLM, collaborate with Procurement, Legal & Compliance, Finance and other functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and review / advocate contract amendments.
