About the Role :
The O2C Manager plays a key role in overseeing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach to drive process improvements and maintain high levels of service quality. The O2C Manager collaborates closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the O2C team, ensuring efficient execution of billing processes
- Monitor and improve key O2C KPIs such as DSO, billing accuracy, and collection effectiveness
- Ensure timely invoicing and resolution of billing disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation within the O2C cycle
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure alignment on customer contracts and revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit process.
- Support ERP system migrations
Key Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in O2C or related finance functionsProven track record in managing teams and driving process improvementsExperience in working with international clients and cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in shared services or BPO environment is a plusStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAnalytical mindset with a focus on process optimizationProficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting toolsStrong understanding of financial processes and controlsWhat’s in it for you?
