Job description
Head of Talent Acquisition France (F / M / X) — Location : Madrid — Permanent Job
Your missions
- Team Management : Coach, train and develop your team members creating a strong organizational structure. Our France team is composed of 20 Talent Acquisition experts!
- Strategy : Demonstrate innovation and creative thinking on starting and developing recruitment strategies on all the possible attraction channels : employer branding, referral, institutional / educational partnerships and direct sourcing.
- Operations : Close analysis and monitoring of performances and procedures to ensure the achievement of our yearly hiring target, which in France is more than 500 for 2025.
- Financial Management : Creation and presentation of the budget for your region to the Executive Committee.
- Communication : Be comfortable shifting gears from deeply complex strategy discussions alongside the Executive VP and Regional Directors, to rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Amaris Ambassador : Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude and be the warrant of the group global standards and initiatives.
- Compliance : Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within processes managed by TA in support of HR (GDPR, ISOs, etc.).
Your profile
You should be an experienced Talent Acquisition manager with a keen understanding of practices and processes related to acquire and nurture talents :
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or Head of Talent Acquisition, with a strong and proven track record in fast-paced environments.At least 2 years of people management experience, including demonstrated ability to successfully lead and motivate remote teams.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in ATS platforms, with hands-on experience in AI-driven recruitment tools and a passion for innovation.Fluent in both French and English.Highly autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.What we offer
