Learners are trapped between two failing paths : rigid classrooms led by inexperienced teachers with generalized curricula, and superficial apps that leave them unprepared for the real world.

Educators often lack formal teaching experience or a background in education, which leads to lacklustre teaching through trial and error. We're here to fix it.

SkillSpeak : One Application, Two Distinct Products.

For learners, we provide a hyper-relevant curriculum with dynamically adaptive lessons that continuously evolves based on their individual goals, interests, needs, and progression rate.

For educators, we offer a powerful suite of automated tools for pre- and post-lesson preparation, along with a dashboard of invaluable insights, freeing them to focus on what they do best : mentoring.

Powered by our patent-pending Instructional Intelligence LoopTM : a self-optimizing, subject-agnostic framework designed to revolutionize personalized learning.

The Role

Co-Founder & CTO

This isn / 't a typical 9-to-5. You are the technical heart of this venture. As a true co-founder, you / 'll have full ownership of the entire technical vision and roadmap, from architecture to deployment.

Your first mission, should you choose to accept it, is to take our detailed product blueprint and lead the charge in building and launching the SkillSpeak MVP. You won / 't be inheriting legacy code or managing a rigid system; you / 'll be building our future from the ground up, making the critical decisions that will shape our platform for years to come.

Who You Are

The Builder

We / 're not looking for a resume; we / 're looking for a builder.

• You are a world-class, full-stack engineer who loves the craft of building beautiful, scalable web and mobile applications from scratch.
• You have proven, hands-on experience integrating third-party AI models (like OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) via APIs. You know how to leverage existing AI to create something entirely new and powerful.
• You have a passionate product mindset and are excited to be a strategic partner, not just a coder.
• You / 're resilient, endlessly curious, and genuinely passionate about our mission to tackle a massive, broken market.

Bonus points if you have experience in EdTech or a deep personal interest in the future of education.
