About the Role Join our team as a Procurement Manager and be a driving force in optimizing how Veho partners with vendors and secures the goods and services it needs to thrive! This is a dynamic role where you'll directly impact our bottom line and operational efficiency by managing the full procurement lifecycle for key categories. You'll partner with cross-functional teams like Legal, Security, Finance, and Accounting, ensuring we operate with the best terms and practices across the board. What You’ll Do : - Process Oversight : Review, manage, and monitor the status of incoming procurement requests for designated categories, ensuring all documentation is complete and aligned with Veho's policies and standards. - Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a central point of contact, working closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and Accounting teams to ensure timely review, approval, and execution of all vendor agreements. - Contract Management : Maintain the company's contract repository by uploading all executed agreements, tagging essential metadata, and establishing automated renewal reminders to prevent service disruptions and missed opportunities. - Strategic Sourcing : Lead and execute comprehensive sourcing events (RFx) for your assigned categories, driving market engagement and competitive bidding. - Negotiation & Renewal : Manage vendor contract renewals and lead negotiations for new contracts, focusing on securing the most favorable business terms, pricing, and compliance for Veho. - Cost Efficiency : Evaluate current spend within designated categories to proactively identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and closely monitor the pipeline of savings projects, providing regular progress updates to Finance. - BS in business, finance, supply chain management or other related field required, MBA is a plus - 5-6+ years experience in Procurement, preferably in high growth & dynamic environment - Experience sourcing direct goods / supplies and / or real estate agreements preferred - Demonstrated deployment of Procurement best practices and methodologies - Strong familiarity with modern procurement platforms, ZIP preferred. - Independent working style, ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment - Strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross functionally - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Veho is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
