Principal Machine Learning Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Machine Learning Engineer to define and lead the ML strategy, architecture, and governance across the organization. You will oversee model deployment, MLOps, pipelines, feature engineering, and model serving at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision, mentoring teams, setting standards, and driving innovation in machine learning solutions across projects and business units.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the machine learning strategy and architecture across the organization.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and monitoring of ML models and pipelines at enterprise scale.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of ML models and systems.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
