Role Description : We are looking for a Downtime Manager to oversee the creation and management of an accurate downtime timetable for the Live Casino Production studio. You will lead the maintenance team, focusing on preventive and predictive measures, while ensuring timely studio reopenings and continuous process improvements. Additionally, you will maintain clear communication regarding downtime schedules and collaborate with contractors to enhance departmental performance.

Responsibilities :

Downtime Schedule Management : Create, maintain, and update an accurate downtime timetable, integrating new studio releases and ensuring clear communication with all involved parties.

Maintenance Process Oversight : Manage and establish maintenance procedures for the Live Casino Production line to meet expected performance standards, prioritizing preventive and predictive measures.

Team Leadership : Supervise and lead the maintenance teams, ensuring effective execution of maintenance tasks and the timely reopening of studios post-maintenance.

Continuous Improvement : Continuously improve the downtime process and recommend measures to enhance departmental performance and operational efficiency.

Reporting and Coordination : Develop detailed reports on downtime activities and coordinate with external contractors, project management, and safety personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Multicultural and Shift Flexibility : Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage responsibilities across a rotating shift schedule.

Candidate Requirements :

Experience in Maintenance and Scheduling : Proven experience in managing and maintaining accurate downtime timetables and integrating studio releases into maintenance schedules.

Leadership and Team Management : Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide maintenance teams, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to clearly convey downtime schedules and collaborate effectively with all involved parties, both internally and externally.

Problem-Solving and Process Improvement : Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement in downtime processes and recommend effective strategies to enhance department performance.

Project Management and Reporting : Experience in managing maintenance projects, coordinating with external contractors, and developing detailed reports on downtime activities.

Flexibility and Multicultural Adaptability : Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle a rotating shift schedule, ensuring continuous operation across different time zones.

Education : Minimum High School Diploma

Nice to have :

Technical Expertise in Live Casino Production : Familiarity with the technical aspects of live casino production environments and maintenance procedures is a valuable asset.

Safety and Compliance Knowledge : Experience in ensuring safety protocols and compliance standards are met within the maintenance process and studio operations.
