Marketing Assistant

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• 10 hours / week
• Monday to friday flexible within client business hours

Client timezone : ET

Responsibilities :

Input and manage email campaigns in Active Campaign platform

Monitor business dashboards and provide weekly reports on product sales and performance insights

Upload and optimize product listings on WIX website with compelling descriptions

Create and optimize Pinterest content with SEO best practices to drive sales

Schedule and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms

Assist with email copywriting and funnel optimization over time

Provide customer service support as the business scales (once hours increase)

Requirements

Proficiency in Active Campaign, Zapier, Pinterest, and WIX platforms

Excellent written English communication skills with attention to detail

Experience in marketing assistance and social media management

Knowledge of SEO optimization techniques, particularly for Pinterest

Ability to work independently and provide proactive business insights

Strong organizational skills for managing multiple business ventures
