Requirements

You'll Need :

5+ Years of Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Advertisement, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.

English Level : B2-C1 (Written and spoken)

1. Experience in ideation and definition of digital products (websites or mobile apps) from a user-centered perspective.

2. Experience conducting user research and testing (i.e. interviews, workshops, persona definitions).

3. Experience creating flows to conceptualize functionalities and digital products.

4. Experience creating wireframes and task flows based on user needs.

5. Experience collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.

6. Proficiency in using design tools like Miro, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

7. Experience creating and presenting documentation in the Digital Product context.

8. Understanding of Agile methodologies.

9. Experience constructing and optimizing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within digital product development.

10. Proven track record of working autonomously and proactively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.

Bonus : Design Thinking, UX Research, Interaction Design, Product Design, HTML, CSS, high-level understanding of web and mobile tools or environments.
