Join Elimu SA / YKGS Hub – Producer Sourcing Specialist – Colombia (Commission-Based)

Based in Colombia, you will actively source, evaluate, and onboard local agricultural, food, and manufacturing producers with export potential. Your efforts will maintain a vibrant, verified pipeline reflecting Colombia’s diverse agricultural strengths, manufacturing capacity, and emerging trade profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout producers with export ambition, especially in diaspora or ethnic product sectors
• Vet eligibility based on certifications, traceability, volume, quality standards, packaging, and documentation
• Guide producers through onboarding, document management, and compliance optimization
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and immediately report risks or compliance issues
• Participate in all YKGS training and compliance refreshers
• Provide market intelligence on sector trends and supply chain opportunities
