Position Overview : We are looking for an Oracle Product Owner to drive standards and governance across all the Oracle HCM systems globally, leading the maintenance and development for all the products / systems / areas. This role will set strategy / architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and be a visible business partner, focusing on delivery customer-centric solutions. This role will need to be in the detail, and often act as a business leader, owning data governance, process flows, customer experience, etc. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization's HR Applications. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsKey Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HCM features and enhancements.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of the business.
• Provide hands-on guidance on business requirements development, system design, and delivery.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in HCM processes and solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, providing support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceA minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience including experience working in industry
• 10+ years of experience as a IT leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP
• 7+ years of product ownership or equivalent management experience
• Prior experience in managing the end-to-end business process and workflow related to various aspects of all areas Workforce Management including payroll, time and labor management, human resources, benefits administration.
• Strong listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs.
• Strong financial systems expertise. Familiarity Oracle Fusion is a requirement
• Self-motivated and self-directed, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
• Proactive and independent person who identifies issues and drives them to resolution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry an asset
• Proven ability to improve governance, standards, security posture
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of high complexity.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates on product progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
