Overview

Principal Machine Learning Engineer at BairesDev. We are seeking a highly experienced principal-level ML engineer to define and lead the ML strategy, architecture, and governance across the organization. You will oversee model deployment, MLOps, pipelines, feature engineering, and model serving at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision, mentoring teams, setting standards, and driving innovation in machine learning solutions across projects and business units.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the machine learning strategy and architecture across the organization.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and monitoring of ML models and pipelines at enterprise scale.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of ML models and systems.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to align ML initiatives with business goals.
• Mentor and guide ML engineers and teams, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging ML frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance model performance and reliability.
• Influence enterprise-wide decisions on ML adoption, MLOps practices, and AI-driven innovation.
