Overview

Chief of Staff – Remote. About Our Client : Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the partnerships space. They are building the next-generation PRM : an intuitive, automated platform that streamlines onboarding, engagement, and deal tracking—replacing outdated tools with technology built for scale. The company is bootstrapped, profitable, and growing 100% quarter over quarter.

Responsibilities

Translate executive vision into actionable plans with clear outcomes.
Drive strategic projects and proactively remove roadblocks.
Act as the Founders’ right hand, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
Align product, sales, partnerships, and operations teams around shared goals.
Identify and implement process improvements, while leading special projects.

Qualifications

5+ years in operations, consulting, program / project management, or CoS roles.

Experience in high-growth SaaS.

Experience working in startups.

LATAM-based with prior experience working for U.S. / Canadian companies.

Strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with hands-on execution.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
