Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to scale Alegra’s global sales operation with a strong growth mindset. This isn’t a traditional sales role — it requires a high-impact manager who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leads large teams with focus and autonomy, and masters the SaaS sales funnel end to end.

Your Mission at Alegra

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to scale Alegra’s global sales operation with a strong growth mindset. This isn’t a traditional sales role — it requires a high-impact manager who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leads large teams with focus, autonomy, and masters the SaaS sales funnel end to end. Your mission will be to design, execute, and optimize a global sales strategy that drives predictable and sustainable growth. You’ll connect vision with execution through data, automation, and technology — maximizing revenue, conversion, and international expansion while strengthening Alegra’s impact across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a global sales strategy across all markets, building and optimizing the end-to-end funnel for efficiency, scalability, and predictable growth.
  • Define, measure, and optimize key commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, sales cycle time, etc.), ensuring real-time monitoring through strategic dashboards in collaboration with the Data team.
  • Lead and empower a multidisciplinary sales team of over 80 people, fostering autonomy, focus, and results.
  • Design and implement automation flows and AI-assisted sales processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Partners, Data, and Customer Success teams to improve funnel performance and conversion rates.
  • Scale acquisition and distribution channels, including outbound, inbound, partners, resellers, and new business models.
  • Define pricing and segmentation strategies aligned with the company’s global expansion goals.
  • Take an active, hands-on role in operations — identifying bottlenecks, diagnosing challenges, and implementing practical solutions.

Success Indicators

  • Sustained growth in MRR / ARR and international expansion.
  • Controlled CAC and increasing LTV.
  • Significant improvement in conversion rates across all funnel stages.
  • Shorter sales cycle time.
  • Improved commercial efficiency (revenue-to-headcount ratio).
  • Successful scaling of AI-driven processes and automation.
  • Improved satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) related to the sales process.
  • What Do We Expect from You?

    Technical Competencies

  • 5+ years leading sales teams in SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of scalable startup operations.
  • Advanced analytical skills and deep knowledge of key revenue metrics.
  • Experience designing and executing data-driven and automated sales strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, automation tools, AI, and analytics.
  • Advanced English level (professional fluency).
  • Soft Skills

  • Inspiring leadership and proven ability to manage large, distributed teams.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Growth, Customer Success, and Data teams.
  • Hands-on mindset — understanding processes deeply and supporting teams through implementation.

  • Proven track record leading commercial teams of 50+ people in SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth through efficiency, automation, and business metrics.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution, with a player–coach mentality.
  • Passion for technology, AI, and their application to sales processes.
  • High adaptability, strategic vision, and a strong performance mindset.
  • Ability to align commercial goals with global revenue objectives.
  • Experience in market expansion and go-to-market strategies.
  • Skilled in building processes from scratch and scaling operations effectively.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel and sales automation models.
  • Not a Match If You…

  • Focus only on traditional or relationship-based sales without SaaS exposure.
  • Lack experience leading large teams or scaling commercial operations.
  • Resist using technology, automation, or AI tools.
  • Are purely tactical with no strategic or business alignment perspective.
  • Struggle to perform in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Your First Year at Alegra

  • 0–3 Months : Funnel diagnosis, team and process assessment, and performance audit.
  • 4–6 Months : Implementation of automation systems, optimization of sales channels, and process improvements.
  • 7–12 Months : Global scaling, AI adoption, and development of new commercial growth models.
