Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Serve as the CEO’s right hand, managing calendars, priorities, and follow-through with speed and accuracy.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward.
- Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, and ensure flawless execution of follow-ups.
- Protect the CEO’s time by filtering, prioritizing, and organizing requests.
- Marketing & Operations
- Support execution across marketing initiatives : campaign coordination, content scheduling, social media support, reporting, and event planning.
- Draft and proof high-quality communications (internal + external).
- Assist with proposal prep, decks, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Partner with marketing leads to keep projects organized and on deadline.
- Coordinate between teams, clients, and partners to keep workflows smooth.
