Role
We’re looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to take the lead in our Logistics Operations. You’ll oversee transportation services, build strong carrier and broker relationships, and guide a team to deliver top-quality results for our clients. US Logistics experience is a must; please only apply if you have solid, hands-on experience in this area.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily ground operations : truckload, LTL, parcel, and brokerage.
- Drive performance improvements, keeping costs low and service levels high.
- Oversee carrier sales and track & trace teams, ensuring smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong carrier / vendor partnerships.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing logistics team.
What You Bring
5+ years in logistics management, with proven U.S. market experience.Strong background in carrier sales, dispatch, and track & trace.A knack for solving problems, improving KPIs, and building efficient processes.Great leadership, communication, and people skills.Why Join Us
