Descripción del trabajoUniversity degree. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Physical Security, with basic knowledge of Executive Protection and Crisis Management. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (fluency required). Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Slack, and other relevant software applications. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Great attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility and adaptability to changing responsibilities. Preferred, but not required : Experience working in a multinational company. Preferred, but not required : Familiarity with security protocols, systems, and procedures.
Control Risks is seeking an experienced Security Coordinator for major fintech client.
The Senior Security Coordinator will :
- Support the onboarding process for new employees or contractors in Colombia, as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Effectively use software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, databases) to manage information and generate reports.
- Perform other administrative and security-related tasks as assigned.
