Overview

We are looking for a Consulting Engineer – Customer Delivery with a strong focus on Enterprise networking solutions. This highly visible, customer-facing role is part of Cisco’s Solution Validation Services (SVS) team, supporting enterprise and service provider customers in accelerating the adoption of next-generation platforms and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to plan and execute validation engagements.
• Support next generation Enterprise and Service Provider customers in implementing new platforms and solutions.
• Validate design solutions to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead requirements discussions, analyze test needs, configure test labs, author and execute test plans, and document results.
• Identify and resolve key issues by collaborating with engineering and delivery teams.
• Develop and integrate new technologies into lab environments.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Delivery / Sales teams on initiatives and business opportunities.
• Drive efficiency and accelerate validation efforts through innovation.
• Identify opportunities for new business growth.
