We are looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join our Skate team in Bogota. Reporting to our Quality Assurance Development Director, you will establish expectations for game quality, develop a strategy to ensure those expectations are met, and guide verification as features are developed and issues resolved. Working in partnership with our Quality Assurance and Development team members, you will support critical areas of Skate™ such as gameplay, live service, and content.

Responsibilities

• Understand Quality Assurance processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and promote knowledge sharing across the QA team.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that includes automation, tools, data analytics, and test script verification.
• Build partnerships with our Quality Assurance, Development, Production, and Design teams.
• Represent Quality Assurance in team meetings, providing information, ideas, feedback and risks to your areas.
• Mentor, support and grow the skills of both local and remote QA team members through active coaching and engagement.
• Provide qualitative feedback on the title and recommend improvements from a player perspective.
