MISSION

The job holder leads procurement and supply chain operations across MKS PAMP's Castel San Pietro (Ticino) and Geneva sites. The role ensures the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective flow of materials, equipment, and services that support production and operational excellence.

The position combines strategic and hands‑on leadership in purchasing, inventory management, and supplier sourcing. The job holder also acts as a strategic purchasing liaison with our Company in India to leverage group synergies and best practices. In addition, the role includes managing and developing the Supply Chain Team to ensure coordination, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all functions.

The position is suited to an individual from a value‑added, process‑driven industry—such as precious metals processing, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, or food manufacturing—who brings structure, rigor, and operational expertise to a technically demanding, quality‑focused environment.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

• Manage the full procurement cycle for Castel San Pietro and Geneva, covering raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and services.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize cost, reliability, and quality while meeting safety and sustainability standards.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes to secure optimal commercial and technical terms.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for joint or strategic procurement with MMTC-PAMP India, particularly in key material categories.
• Drive continuous improvement in purchasing efficiency and supplier performance.
