Who do we work with?

You will work closely with the American Football franchise. This role is onsite in Bogota, 5 days in office.

About the Role

Reporting to a senior level Development Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership. You will harness your experience to promote collaboration, inspire creativity, enhance QA practices, share expertise, and advocate for superior game design and implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage blockers, prioritize tasks, and ensure project goals are met
