Job summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Process Consultant with extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITIL V4 and ITIL V3. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of ITIL V4 and ITIL V3 processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ITSM to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the integrity and security of IT services.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of ITSM processes to ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ITSM processes procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align IT services with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of ITIL V4 and ITIL V3 processes.
  • Should have experience in the Hi-Tech domain.
  • Must possess excellent English language skills for reading writing and speaking.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
  • Must have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Should have experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Must be able to monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Should have experience in conducting reviews and audits of ITSM processes.
  • Must be able to drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Should have strong documentation skills.
  • Certifications Required

  • ITIL V4 Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
