As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will lead and coordinate our Customer Success Managers, providing strategic guidance for developing and implementing the CSM role at Isotrol, as well as guiding and prioritizing work within the CSM team.
You will facilitate coordination with other areas of the company, such as sales, product, and operations, monitoring the status of accounts in relation to the risks and opportunities associated with each stage of the customer lifecycle : onboarding, adoption, and extension.
You will define objectives and monitor success indicators for the area to create associated action plans.
