Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Lead in executing and managing
marketing initiatives, outreach campaigns, and community creation efforts. This role is
focused on building partnerships, driving community growth, optimizing marketing
campaigns, and ensuring team projects are executed with precision and accountability.
Responsibilities also include project management, organizing team workflows, and
monitoring key marketing KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Outreach : Research, initiate outreach, and track partnerships in various industries, including Credit Repair, Bankruptcy, and HELOC.
Community Creation & Management : Build, manage, and grow online communities across different platforms.
Campaign Deployment : Assist in setting up, launching, and reporting on Zoho marketing campaigns.
Organizational Support : Manage and track marketing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are held accountable.
Project Management : Oversee internal marketing projects, track progress, and follow up with team members to ensure completion.
Reporting : Analyze and report on key metrics including outreach performance, community growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Partners Outreach : Reach out to 1,000 partners per month.
Community Growth : Increase social media followers by 100 per month.
Campaign Deployment : Set up and execute 4 Zoho campaigns per month.
Project Management : Ensure 100% of marketing projects are completed on time.
Reporting : Provide monthly reports on marketing growth and project statuses.
Requirements
Experience with CRM Tools : Familiarity with tools like
Knowledge of Marketing Analytics : Ability to use basic marketing analytics tools (e.g.,
Time Management Skills : Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail when managing marketing tasks and ensuring all communications are accurate and professional.
