What you will do at ODILO

• Design and implement strategies to ensure the stability, scalability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration of servers, networks and cloud environments (AWS).
• Supervise the Helpdesk team in the administration of internal systems, management of corporate tools and support to ODILO employees' incidents.
• Establish security policies to protect the company's data and systems against internal and external threats, according to applicable regulations and certified by ODILO (ENS, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc).
• Supervise and manage the Devops and Helpdesk team in the performance of their duties within the infrastructure team.
• Work closely with Devops, Product and Operations teams to ensure an infrastructure aligned with business needs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the use of technology resources and reduce operational costs without compromising quality.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve infrastructure and support services.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts with technology and cloud service providers.
• Prepare executive reports on infrastructure status, performance metrics and improvement plans.
