Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors – Performance Analytics

Overview

The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations : Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Business Experimentation, Marketing and Project Management. Our Performance Analytics consultants use AI, Machine learning and BI platforms, develop cutting edge insights and products for our clients using Mastercard, customer & 3rd party data assets. Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques on our enterprise applications to deliver solutions and products that create business impact. Get hands-on to design, implement & scale analytical solutions for customers across industries.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
Contribute to / develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner

Team Collaboration & Culture

Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations

Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems and synthesize analyses into relevant findings

Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management

Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development

Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience business intelligence and / or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics projects

Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders

Able to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence

Data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS)

Building, managing, and maintaining database structures

Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Able to communicate effectively in English and the local office language

Eligible to work in the country where they are applying and for travel visas as required by travel needs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment

Experience coaching junior delivery consultants

Additional data and analytics experience : Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or Psypark

Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Relevant industry expertise

MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required)
