Overview
IDEMIA Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia is hiring a Project Coordinator to support migration, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for IDEMIA’s personalization services in Colombia. This role provides assistance in project execution, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, execution, follow-up, and documentation.
- Assist in translating customer requirements into clear technical or functional tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and deadlines.
- Help ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities by collecting feedback and proposing ideas.
- Learn and develop skills in project management methodologies, tools, and communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering : Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields (students in last semesters may also apply).1–2 years of experience in IT, development, or project coordination.Familiarity with programming (.Net, C++, Java, or similar) is desirable, but not required.Interest in financial services industry and software development lifecycle.We offer
