- ## Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative software solutions. This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable product requirements, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.## Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Translate high-level product features into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and business value.
- Lead sprint planning and participate in Agile ceremonies to guide development efforts.
- Monitor product progress and performance, adjusting priorities and scope as needed.
- Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, and enablement teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Ensure product releases meet quality standards and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Support internal users and external customers with product documentation, training, and feedback loops.## Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to get a United States Business visa.
- Travel requirement : 10% (International).## Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise software development or cloud-based platforms.
- Background in data-driven product development and user experience design.
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and compliance standards.
