Job Description : Full-Time Video Editor (YouTube & Ads + AI Tools)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team full-time. This role focuses on editing YouTube content and producing high-converting ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate is not only skilled in editing but also understands how to capture attention, boost retention, and drive conversions . You should have hands-on experience integrating AI tools (Veo3 required) into your workflow, ensuring efficiency and innovation in content creation.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage and client-provided materials into polished, engaging, and results-driven video content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form ad creatives tailored for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Utilize AI tools like Veo3 to enhance editing workflows and optimize content production.

Incorporate storytelling, pacing, captions, transitions, overlays, and sound design for maximum engagement.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure videos align with campaign goals.

Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining deadlines and consistent quality.

Stay updated with trends in video content, ads, and AI editing tools.

Requirements

Proven track record of editing YouTube videos and social media ads ( portfolio required ).

Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut .

Experience with AI tools (Veo3 required) and ability to adapt to new technologies.

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for ads .

Skills in adding captions, transitions, overlays, sound design, and motion graphics .

Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
