Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Analyst to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, supporting transformation projects, and implementing AI-powered solutions across various departments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and guide data strategy initiatives that enhance overall business performance.

As an Analyst in CoE, you will be trained as a consultant with deep expertise in data analysis, AI, and process optimization, enabling you to provide impactful support across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting :

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to uncover insights that drive actionable improvements in business processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
