Were looking for a Game Presenter Team Manager to head up our growing Live Casino studio in Bogotá, Colombia a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility backed by major investment and poised to shape the future of iGaming in Latin America.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of live Game Presenters, ensuring a high standard of performance and engagement
• Oversee show quality, pacing, and presenter delivery to maximize viewer interaction
• Collaborate closely with production, content, and operations to coordinate game flow and schedule
• Monitor presenter KPIs, provide feedback, and implement training programs that accelerate growth
• Drive recruitment, staffing, and shift planning for a large live studio operation
• Work with senior management to scale our Bogotá studio and support new game launches

Who You Are

• Experienced in live hosting, broadcasting, or game presentation preferably in an iGaming or entertainment context
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire talent
• Strong communicator, organized, and able to balance creative vision with operational needs
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
• Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Passionate about player experience and delivering exciting live content
