We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Finance Manager to oversee the financial aspects of a multi-country cluster’s supply chain operations. This leadership role will focus on optimizing Total Delivery Cost, Capex Investment, Working Capital, and ensuring overall financial stability across the supply chain.
The position offers the opportunity to partner with operational teams across geographies, driving financial performance improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. The role requires leading a multi-country cluster and building strong collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams.
Responsibilities
People Development
- Build and lead a High Performance Team through coaching, training, and feedback.
- Role model company values and HPT behaviors.
- Drive engagement with people processes, incentives, and career development plans.
- Ensure succession planning and minimize regrettable turnover
- Deliver reliable and timely financial data to key stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Provide accurate financial reports and communicate monthly / quarterly TDC results.
- Partner with operational teams to identify efficiencies and improve cost structures through actionable insights.
- Oversee product costing, transfer pricing, and CAPEX investment control.
- Provide financial information for external audits.
Business Profitability & Internal Controls
Lead reviews and evaluations of cost-reduction opportunities, commercial initiatives, and innovation projects.Identify cost-saving opportunities in inventory management and distribution costs.Ensure adherence to internal controls and collaborate with Accounting to resolve risks, weaknesses, and process gaps.What we look for
Experience : +5 years as a Supply Chain Finance Manager, with solid expertise in finance, operations, and supply chain dynamics, preferably within consumer goods manufacturing (CPG / FMCG) industriesEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance / Economics, Engineering, or related field.Skills :Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.Strong grasp of financial statistics and accounting principles.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and proactivity.Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).Seniority level
