This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

EA SPORTS is one of the leading sports entertainment brands in the world, with top-selling videogame franchises, award-winning interactive technology, fan programs, and cross-platform digital experiences.

We are looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join our EA SPORTS Madden NFL team and College Football teams. Madden NFL is an immersive, simulation-based, authentic NFL interactive experience. EA SPORTS College Football, is a top five sports title in North America that has become one of the most requested games from football fans. As an AQD on AFL you will report to the QA Development Director of AFL.

Responsibilities

• You will respond to live issues in Production, limiting impact to players and the in game economy.
• You will build working relationships with members of the development, production and design teams to help us promote a higher quality player experience through tasks such as feature planning, analyzing internal data / player data, and feature / design reviews.
• You will support us in identification of technical solutions and automation opportunities.
• You will use available tools to find, reproduce, and document issues found.
